3.4 Account Non-Transferability. Your Account is personal to you and may not be sold, transferred, pledged, or otherwise assigned to any third party. Any attempt to transfer account ownership will void the account and any associated balances.
3.5 No Account for Third Parties. You may not operate an Account on behalf of another person, nor allow another person to use your Account credentials. All activity conducted through an Account is deemed to be the action of the registered Account holder.

6.1 Eligibility to Withdraw. Withdrawals are available to all fully KYC-verified Account holders with a positive real-money Balance. Bonus funds and winnings derived solely from bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirement are not eligible for withdrawal.

6.6 Right to Review. ns2131 reserves the right to delay any withdrawal for up to 72 hours for security review, fraud screening, or KYC completion purposes. Players will be informed of any delay and its reason via their registered contact details.
7.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional incentives offered by ns2131 are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, as well as these general Terms & Conditions. In the event of a conflict, the promotion-specific terms prevail.
7.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 10x (ten times) the bonus amount before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. Note on mix parlay bonuses: Promotions specifically designed for mix parlay (accumulator) betting are subject to a minimum of 3 selections per bet slip and a minimum combined odds threshold as stated in the relevant promotion. Single-match selections do not qualify for mix parlay bonus schemes.
8.1 Sports Betting. The following activities are strictly prohibited on ns2131 and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and potential referral to relevant authorities:

12.2 Voluntary Closure. You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Requests will be processed within 48 hours. Any positive real-money Balance at the time of closure will be returned to you via your verified payment method after standard security checks.
12.3 Balance on Suspension. Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, the Balance will be frozen but not forfeited unless the investigation concludes that a breach has occurred.
